London Personal Chef was honoured to participate in the fundraising Equality Diner organised by Stonewall which campaigns for the equality of lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans people across Britain.
London Personal Chef donated a dinner for six and well done Christopher for bidding the most and winning the prize.
It has been a real delight to meet my winner, who lives in Notting Hill, and his guests and to cater a table for 8.
I designed a perfect simple summer menu where all the ingredients were purchased on Portobello market and Ledbury road, on my client’s door step.
Menu:
Courgette fritters with risoni rice, dill, mint and broad beans
Red quinoa, raddicchio chiffon with pomegranate dressing
Roast beef fillet with shaved courgettes, roasted tomatoes and grilled almonds
Pickled corn on feuillettes of red cabbage
Gateau au chocolate with Madagascar vanilla custard and raspberries
The perfect donation went to an amazing home with beautiful guests.
