Amazing, quick and lush.
2 salmon sashimi fillets
50g quinoa white, red, black or mixed
2 tablp olive oil
1/2 lemon juice
Slice each salmon fillet into 4 to 5 regular pieces.
Press gently and firmly each slice into top and bottom the quinoa to coat.
Heat the oil in a small frying pan and fry the salmon for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the crust is lightly golden-brown.
Drizzle with lemon juice.
