Golfinger Factory is an up-cycling production and learning hub which strives to inspire one of London’s most diverse communities through the creative reuse and recycling of furniture.

Golfinger Factory fuses a furniture showroom, a sustainable workshop, an upcycling school and a café space located underneath Trellick Tower.

Every Thursday Bain_ Marie runs a supper club and last week we had a delicious enTHAIrely RAW dinner.

A wonderful way to be spending those gorgeous summer evenings-eating fresh yummy food and meeting fabulous like-minded foodies.

We enjoyed and loved the vibrant flavours of Thailand with a Raw Pad Thai, Raw Tom Kha curry served with cauliflower rice and a beautiful Raw mango and coconut cheesecake and all served with a naturally sweet Raw Thai coconut water to hydrate and to replenish.
