London Personal Chef was commissioned to cater for the opening of AR-MA Trifolium, built in the gallery’s garden courtyard and the complementary work inside the gallery by¬†Tomahawk and Archer Breakspear.

Fugitive Structures, Sherman Contemporary Art Foundation’s annual zen garden pavilion competition, has quickly established itself as a key outdoor mini-structure event in Sydney and is developing a nationwide audience.

Inspired by the international successful Serpentine Gallery Pavilion commission in London’s Kensington Garden.

An opportunity to create lovely dishes in the bloom of the summer.
